I subscribed to Quick Books. I know you can import and export using it. Do you know if there is a way to set up Joshua's account in Quickbook and then have an automatic export to you? The bank can't do it. They could send you a hard copy but then I wouldn't be able to access it online. If it is something that can be set up in Quick book how do I import it from the bank?
I'm also wondering if it might be possible to have the account isolated from other accounts and give you access to it. Then you could just log in and take it from there. I have no clue the easiest way to get the information to you without having to rely on me. I wish I was more reliable but I know myself well and I will either forget, or mean to and time will fly by without me noticing.

I"m not familiar with quickbooks online. Did you say that the bank can't export the account info to you? I know quickbooks has export and import functions, but I haven't used them. I'm sure I could learn if it was something that would work for us. And I don't know how well quickbooks online and the software work together. But again, maybe we can find out.
I would be fine with accessing the account online to get the information, if the bank could make that work for you.

The bank can't isolate the account to send it to you. They can send a hard copy to you but then I'd lose the online capability of it. I was thinking that I could import it using quickbooks then set up an automatic export from quickbooks to you. I have no idea if this is possible but I don't see why not. I'll find time this week to play with the program and get it set up for Josh's account. I got it to keep track of OurHome Studio and then didn't use it for that but this year, my goal is to become a real business that functions in the black and with efficiency.
Today, I installed the hardware for the custom storage in the closet. I hung curtains to begin controlling the light that comes in to the studio. We had so much sunlight that it was hard to see the computer screens and made working uncomfortable on the eyes. Tuesday, Josh and I are going to Hobby Lobby to stock up on some art supplies and we'll stop at Staples to get some writing supplies.
I found a portfolio we had on hand and I'm going to help Joshua use it to get his presentation package ready. We'll put his query letter in it, his synopsis of the book. His log line. His book proposal and series proposal, his text of the book and a few pieces of art to show how we envision the characters. My hope is we can show it to the agent and get some feedback on if we have what we need to start pitching to agents and, if not, what we lack or need to change.
I'll keep working on getting a reliable way to get Joshua's statements to you.
